We’re proud to share the successful completion of Parkway Lofts, a new multifamily residential community located in Canton, Ohio, developed by Spire Development. Marker Construction was selected as the General Contractor for this project, building upon our longstanding partnership with Spire.
This four-story development features 43 affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, supported through 9% housing tax credits from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency. The community was designed to provide high-quality, sustainable, and accessible housing options for local residents. Amenities for the community include an on-site exercise and laundry facilities, computer room, community lounge, residential storage lockers, and on-site parking .
Marker provided general contracting services for the project, bringing proven expertise in affordable housing construction and energy-efficient design. Incorporating an energy-efficient design, locally sourced materials, and durable finishes to support LEED Silver Certification.
Marker provided preconstruction and construction services, while ensuring the project was delivered on schedule while maintaining effective budget management.
