Project Completion: Fitness Center Renovation, Columbus, Ohio
Marker completed a 6,650 SF fitness center renovation and upgrade in a client’s downtown Columbus headquarters. This project took outdated fitness, locker, and shower spaces and transformed them into separate fitness rooms for cardio and weight equipment, a studio for yoga classes, and executive-style locker and shower areas. The logistics of working in an occupied building downtown with limited parking, delivery capabilities, and lay-down areas made this project a challenge. But, with some creative thinking and careful oversight, we were able to deliver a high-quality project on time and under budget.
